Pingxiang chemshun ceramics co.ltd is industry ceramic manufacture ,mainly produce abrasion resistant lining , grinding bricks and balls and so on . now we are pleasure to introduce the proportion of grinding materials , water and alumina balls in ball mill.


During wet grinding process, people often use water as a dispersing agent, 

grinding process mainly reply on aluminum ball grinding abrasively to obtain fine particles which cause large production, small dust.


The proportion of high alumina balls, the material,water is affected according to water absorption and particle size of raw materials, as well as different mill loading varies.


When wet milling, the soft absorbent materials with strong water absorption (e.g. clay, titanium dioxide),need more water ,otherwise the slurry strength is too large, even consolidation, and will reduce the abrasive effect of the impact, it is difficult to grind the raw material or ingredient well. For rigid material (such as feldspar, quartz, calcite)  with poor water absorption ,needs less water. when we use general high alumina grinding ball with different sizes to grind ceramic embryo, the suggested proportion of high alumina ball, raw materials , water is (1.5~2):1:(0.8~1)


When  actual production,people tends to increase aluminum ball, reduce moisture, thereby improving the efficiency of the grinding. chemshun ceramics can design abrasion resistant lining bricks for ball mill .welcome to visit.
