Super wear resistant ZTA ceramic liner
ZTA ceramic liner(Zirconium aluminum composite) is made of high purity powder ZrO2 & Al203 with serevals rare element as raw material through high pressure moulding and high temperature sintering techincal process. It has excellent hardness and toughness.
As the ZTA ceramic’s life span is 2.5 times longer that alumina ceramic liner, it is widely used in these equipments of chute,hopper etc, especially applicated in condition when it happens large feed transportation,the high impact, the poor production environment,the high wear rate of mine ,port industries etc.
