1: Evaluation 

  1) How big is the area to be tiled ?

  2) How thick do you want the tile to be ?

  3) What are you using for the adhesive ?

  4) Do you have the right tools ?

2: Choosing suitable Bonding 

   Depending on your operating environment , Chemshun Ceramics will specify an appropriate adhesive to overcome limitations such as temperature, abrasion, and impact .

3: Installation 

   The mounting surface shoud be prepared as specified for the adhesive being used. the adhesive bed should has enough thickness. the alumina ceramic hex tile mats , with the mesh side away from the metal surface ,should be frimly pressed into place allowing the adhesive to extrude up into the voids between the tiles. Adhesive which extrude to the surface can be removed and smoothed over the surface with a trowel. the mesh backing will simply wear away soon after equipment start-up. adhesive dreictions should be closel followed to ensure proper adhesion .
