3, The operating temperature for mill main bearings must not exceed 60 ° C.

4, During ball mill run ,all the seals are good, all should be without ash ,oil , water leakage 

5. Check all bolts, anchor bolts and ball mill cylinder,  wear ceramic liner , bolts are loose or broken.

6, Observe the motor and control system should be normal,  voltage should be within the specified range.

7, check the signal devices are sensitive.

9, Please check the transmission, the gear and the motor in accordance with their relevant specifications and drawings.
