 1: Epoxy resin adhesive quantity depands on ceramic tile thickness : 1.5kg for 10*10*3mm ceramic linings, and 2.5kg for ceramic tile liner with 50mm thickness 

 2: It depands on operation familiarity feeling ,nomally under the premise of fully filled, the thinner the epoxy resin adhesive is, the better of the sticky effects.some operator is not familar ,so enough extra glue water is necessarily prepared.

 3: It depands on the pasted materials. analyze the property of pasted materials and sticky requirement. so it will avoid wasting extra adhesive glue 

Normally Chemshun Ceramics team will give a epoxy resin glue proporty for special quantity  abrasion resistant linings , but during the actual operation, operator needs work according to local environment.
