ZTA(Zirconia Toughened Alumina) Ceramics

Zirconia Toughened Alumina Ceramics also ZTA advanced ceramics, Al2O3+ZrO2 Ceramic as ceramic wear protection linings. Instead of only one type  alumina ceramic material, ZTA ceramics is combination of alumina ceramics and zirconia ceramics with specific proportion . Chemshun Zirconia toughened alumina ceramics consists of 75% alumina and 25% zirconia,with high hardness , strength ,wear and corrosion resistasnce, provides mechanical strength and wear resistance and is used as the ideal intermediate solution between zirconia and alumina, like  mining ,cement, power plant and steel industries ,like the chutes ,hoppers and deflectors, separators and mills.
