How to inspect quality of ceramic rubber wear liner goods ?
Different with other wear resistant ceramic liner materials, ceramic rubber wear liner is through vulcanizing alumina ceramic plates or mosaic or spherical block into rubber with advanced thermal vulcanization technology to form composite structure of abrasion resistant materials.
Ceramic-rubber composite panels are divided into two-in-one and three-in-one structures. Due to its characters of easy installation, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, strong cushioning and low noise, they are widely used in circular cone funnels, driving rollers of belt conveyors, square chutes, blanking pipes, and bulk materials. Point protection, terminal transportation equipment, mine operation equipment, etc.
Chemshun Ceramics manufacturer produces and exports rubber ceramic plates to all over the world. And often tests and inspects bulk quantity of wear panels during production and before package ,inspecting items below are paid much attention strictly .
A. The flatness of the ceramic-rubber composite board without obvious deformation. Use a steel ruler to measure the shape and diagonal;
B. Check the appearance of the rubber-embedded ceramic sheet, whether there are missing corners, cracks, and whether the surface color is consistent;
C. Check the adhesion between the rubber plate and the steel plate, and pull the rubber plate around the steel plate by hand to see if there are problems with warped edges and firm bonding.
D. Check whether the four bolts used for installation on the back of the steel plate are firmly welded and the size is correct.
