Installation methods of alumina ceramic wear resistant tiles

Chemshun Ceramics produce,design alumina ceramic wear resistant tiles with different shapes and sizes,surely the installation methods ard also different. like ceramic plain tile pasted on the surface by epoxy resin directly and ceramic weldable sheet is installed by welding and glue.

Here Chemshun Ceramics company as alumina ceramic tile liner supplier would like to share the detailed installation methods here :

1: Preparing all the ceramic and epoxy resin and tools

2: Cleaning the device surface, then mixingthe epoxy resin adhesive as per requested proportion.the adhesive must be used up within 30 minutes after mixing

3:Applying the mixed epoxy resin onto the back of the Chemshun Ceramic tiles or by large instalation area direct on the seel construction

4: Carefully put the Chemshun Ceramics tiles on the casign and press the welding washer into the hole

5: Welding : the normal welding washer is cld rolled steel which can be plug welded using conventional welding procedures

6: Place a little epoxy resin adhesive into the hold and then carefully press the ceramic plug into the adhesive

After 24 hours the adhesive is harden up and the alumina ceramic wear resistant tile is ready to use .Detailed installation will be a little different in users'local place
