How to install ceramic pulley laggings
Ceramic pulley lagging is new generation of tradistional rubber pulley lagging sheet.square or rectangle wear resistant alumina ceramic tile liner from Chemshun Ceramics Company is popularly sold for pulley lagging ceramics ,because it is as much as twice the coefficient of friction oven no ceramic lagged pulleys .
so what's the ceramic pulley lagging installation instructions?
1) Smooth processing and mechanical descaling of pulley
2) Pulished the rubber sheet and dust ,oil remal of pulley surface
3) Prepare and mix the adhesive,
4) Daubing botton glue layer in pulley surface
5) Daubing first adhesive on the pulley surface and rubber sheet after botton glue complete become dry
6) Second adhesive daubed after first adhesive become dry
7) Splicing pulley and rubber sheet together when second adhesive become half dry
8) Stricking with hammer after bonding compaction and gap correction
