Chemshun Epoxy resin adhesive use guide:
1. Surface treatment: polish or sandblast to clean the dirt, oil and rust on the surface of the adhesive, and then clean it with cleaning agent.
2. Glue: mix the two components of a and b evenly according to the requirements.
3. Sizing: apply the mixed glue evenly on the surface of the adhesive.
4. Curing: complete curing under the required conditions and conduct post-curing treatment.

Notes:
1. The prepared epoxy resin adhesive should be used up before the coating time.
2. This parameter is obtained under the laboratory condition. Due to the complexity of the actual working condition, it is suggested that the user make a prediction test according to the actual working condition.
3. When the ambient temperature is lower than 15℃, the curing time will be prolonged, appropriate heating measures should be taken.
4. When the ambient temperature is higher than 25℃ or the mixing amount is too large, the curing speed will be accelerated and the coating time after mixing should be shortened appropriately.

Transportation and storage: sealed storage in a cool and dry place, shelf life for two years, avoid inversion in transportation, transportation as non-dangerous goods.
