Chemshun High-Performance Ceramic Substrate Production Line Kiln Officially Ignited and Put into Operation!
On April 25, 2025, Pingxiang Chemshun Ceramics Co., Ltd. achieved another milestone in the R&D and production capabilities of advanced ceramic materials, injecting stronger momentum into high-end industries such as new energy, electronic information, and pan-semiconductors.
Leveraging the technological heritage of a national-level "Little Giant" specialized and innovative enterprise, Chemshun Ceramics focuses on the R&D and production of new advanced ceramic materials. The company prioritizes intelligent and high-precision manufacturing, equipped with multiple high-end production lines. Its products achieve a flatness accuracy of 1 micron, matching international advanced standards. The ignition of this kiln will further expand production capacity to meet the urgent global demand for high-performance ceramic materials.
The current production line primarily manufactures: 996 alumina ceramic substrates, ZTA ceramic substrates, and functional ceramics. These products exhibit superior physical, thermal, and electrical properties compared to industry peers. They serve critical roles in fields such as new energy, semiconductors, and aerospace, particularly in integrated circuits, IGBT power modules, heat dissipation substrates, LED packaging substrates, and power resistor substrates.
As the "skeleton and blood vessels" of modern electronic devices, ceramic substrates are indispensable for power device heat dissipation, high-frequency signal transmission, and extreme-environment protection.
