Abrasion resistant ceramic wear tile liner used in the milling system shows good prospects for development


The wear damage of  pulverizing system in Coal-fired power plant  is caused by coal powder collision, friction, impact mostly,
The industrial friction damage to prlverized coal system , especially  the mill outlet pipe, a pipe elbow, the thickness of the non-powder separator inlet and outlet pipe is particularly serious, most power generation plant adopted following ways for wear protection .

1) Use wear Resistant clay GJ-199 series, although it is better than steel in abrasion strength, adhesion, etc. but its drawback is difficult construction and higher costs.
2)  Application of cast stone , wear resistant property is stronger than steel, but its biggest drawback is crisp and big weight, not only by the load security device system to system limitations, and the installation process is fragile. Since the cast stone also is much thicker, bulky, the communicating devices has smaller cross-section, the flow rate increases, but also increased the degree of wear. its working life is shorter compared with the wear resistant ceramic liner.
