Abrasion resistant lining for cement plant

Equipment wear damage is a common problem faced by industrial companies. Cement companies are no exception. In particular, new dry lines are used. Different abrasion resistant linings are applied in different equipments based on working condition.

Vertical mill feed chute and triple lock valve plate,vertical mill bottom cylinder,various high temperature chutes,selected breaker,roller press plate,into the roller press chute are suggested to use rubber ceramic wear liner, which has characters of high temperature resistance,high impact resistance.

Selector shell and cone,cyclone barrel and inlet and outlet ducts,vertical mill outlet duct,vertical mill separator guide vane are suitable for plain alumina tile. which are installed by epoxy resin adhesive directly.
