Any alumina ceramic property deviation will brings bad impact on the wear resistance . To achieve high quality for every orders. Besides regular staff technology training,Chemshun Ceramic take several quality control measures from raw materials imported to finished ceramics produced out .

 1) The raw materials size and other quality standard will be tested for grinding preparation 

 2)  Raw materials property after ball mill &Spray prilling tower will be tested by granulometer ,microscope and other test equipment.

 3)  Half-finished ceramic products sizes will be checked after pressed

 4)  More than 1000 sets moulds were regularly cleaned and checked .

 5)  Sintered Ceramics will be randomly selected for ceramic property test, like density,sizes,alumina content, apparent porosity,bend degree,hardness etc.

 6)  Chemshun Ceramics general package way is that cartons or bags with marks fixed on the pallet with four or six nylons, which protect goods from collision damage .
