The core of the wear-resistant alumina ceramic lined three-way pipe is its liner materialhigh-purity (typically 92% Al?O?) industrial alumina ceramic. This material is renowned for its extreme hardness (Rockwell Hardness HRA 80, second only to diamond), exceptional wear resistance, and excellent chemical inertness. Its abrasion resistance is more than 266 times that of manganese steel, making it highly effective against the continuous scouring of various powders, granules, slurries, and other abrasive media.

The design innovation lies in the precision machining of the integrally molded alumina ceramic liner tube, where specific openings and notches are cut. This precision engineering ensures the ceramic liner perfectly adapts to the internal geometry of tee fittings, cross fittings, and other complex pipe components, achieving seamless alignment and comprehensive coverage without protective blind spots.

The primary function of this lined assembly is to act as a sacrificial protective layer installed inside the wall of a metal pipe fitting. When conveying highly abrasive materials such as ores, coal powder, cement, ash, or gravel, all impact and wear are absorbed by the highly wear-resistant ceramic liner. This effectively protects the external metal pipe from damage, preventing leaks and system downtime caused by wall thinning.

Its applications are extensive, including:

- Power Industry: Pulverized coal and ash handling systems in coal-fired power plants.

- Mining Industry: Pipelines for conveying ore slurry, tailings, and concentrates.

- Metallurgical Industry: Systems for sintering dust and blast furnace coal powder injection.

- Cement Industry: Pneumatic conveying of raw meal, clinker, and cement powder.

- Chemical Industry: Conveying abrasive chemical raw materials and catalyst particles.
