Ceramics grinding media for Mining and Mineral
Chemshun Ceramics grinding media for mining and mineral is small size ceramic balls or ceramic beads , used in high intensity stirred mills for fine and ultra fine grinding. The ceramic grinding beads is ideally suited as the cost effecient alternative for High Intensity Mills such as the Glecore IsaMill, Outotec HIGMill,METSO SMD Mills,as well as in Vertical and Horizontal Bead Mills.
Chemshun Ceramics developed a wide range of ceramic grinding media with different composition and size, and good feature of high impact resistance. The property of inert and no pollution ,in some mining grinding process the ceramic grinding media can replace the traditional steel and chrome steel grinding media for applications where downstream processes are sensitive to surface chemistry and also could avoid to the generation of slimes which combined with those traditional media’s angular shape and high wear rates.
Chemshun Ceramics grinding media including:
>> High-performance, low-density ceramic grinding media:
Alumina silicate balls CS-26 with unmatched economic and performance advantage in fine and ultra-fine grinding process of soft mineral materials with low slurry density.
>> High-performance, middle density ceramic grinding media:
CS32, high alumina balls CS-36, CS38, zirconia silicate balls CS40, which widely used in the grinding mill of mining and minerals and suitable for hard minerals, high density slurry of minerals. The series media improve cost efficiency of customer.
>> High-performance, high density ceramic grinding media:
Alumina toughened zirconia beads CS52, yttria stabilized zirconia beads CS60, zirconia-Ce ceramic balls CS62 with the best grinding, mixing and dispersing efficiency. This zirconia-based grinding medias is the optimum combination of efficient and cost-effective products to enhance productivity and quality.
The Benefits of Chemshun Ceramic grinding media:
>> High grinding efficiency
>> Decreasing product contamination
>> Longer product life cycle
>> Reduce mill wear and maintenance cost, less down time
>> Less energy than steel or iron balls
>> Less cost per volume than high-density steel media alternatives
The Features of Chemshun Ceramic grinding media:
>> High hardness
>> Superior impact and wear resistance
>> Uniform size and good roundness
>> Inert Chemical and environmentally friendly
>> Engineered made
